Get To Know Me
Hi! I’m Jermika. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Regent University. My wellness journey began when I struggled with daily nausea that nothing seemed to fix — until I changed my eating habits. After shifting to a vegetarian lifestyle, not only did the nausea stop, but my hormones balanced, my energy improved, and I truly felt like myself again.
That transformation sparked my passion to help others. For years, I’ve supported clients in making practical, sustainable dietary changes that fit their lives and goals. I believe food is powerful — and with the right tools and support, you can feel better from the inside out.

Mission
My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health through personalized nutrition, practical education, and sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe that food is not just fuel — it's foundational to how we feel, function, and thrive. Through compassionate guidance, I help clients build habits that support long-term wellness, balance, and confidence — one meal at a time.
Vision
To create a world where individuals feel empowered, educated, and supported in using nutrition as a tool for lifelong wellness. I envision a future where healthy eating feels approachable, personalized, and transformative — helping people not only heal, but thrive with confidence in their daily choices.
